Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 cup pumpkin purée
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup beer (pumpkin ale or lager)
¼ cup melted butter
Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine and pour into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for ~45–50 min.

The beer’s yeastiness helps it rise and adds subtle caramel notes.
